Your consumer withdrawal right
Where the statutory consumer withdrawal right applies, you may withdraw without giving a reason within 14 days from the conclusion of the contract. To meet the deadline, send your clear decision before it expires. Missing legally required information can extend the period. Business purchases are assessed separately. We do not assume that a terrain-data package is exempt merely because it was prepared to your specification.
Digital-content exception
A digital-content withdrawal right is lost only where delivery has begun and all legal conditions are met, including your separate express prior consent to early supply, acknowledgement of the loss of the right, and our required durable confirmation. Accepting the general terms is not that consent. At present we do not ask you to waive withdrawal at checkout and do not rely on this exception. Rights about missing or defective content remain even where a valid withdrawal exception applies.
How to notify us
Use the online form on this page: review your details, then select Confirm withdrawal. We record the time received, provide a copy you can save, and send confirmation to your email. No account or reason is required. If you cannot find your order reference, email anders@terratopic.com with a clear statement that you withdraw, or send it to TerraTopic Folkedal, Veslebakken 1, 3047 Drammen, Norway. The model form is optional; any clear statement is sufficient. Keep a copy of your notice. We handle refund details separately and do not require an investigation before accepting your notice.

After withdrawal
We refund according to the applicable rules, using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed, normally within 14 days of your notice. Stop using content covered by the withdrawn contract and do not make it available to others. We may stop further delivery/access in accordance with law. Your independent rights under third-party open-data licences are not rewritten by our terms.
